Deliverable 6: Report on the new alternative reference waveform with a commercial arbitrary waveform generator for calibration of measuring receivers to include a well-defined mathematical description and spectral properties for inclusion in standards as a means of validating the weighting function of the detectors and capable of reducing the uncertainty of the receiver's response to pulses calibration to 0.2 dB.
